November 19, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic in Ukraine Lila Roldan Vazquez de Muan visited NTUU “KPI”. Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy Herman Gustavo Dominguez accompanied her.

December 14 Ambassador of Japan Toichi Sakata donated to the State Polytechnic Museum at "KPI" Japanese model of space rocket "H-IIB".
On April 23, 2009 on NTUU”KPI” administration's invitation NTUU”KPI” was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of USA in Ukraine H.E.Mr. William Taylor. The aim of the visit was to speak at the meeting with students and lecturers of the University.

On April 21, 2009 NTUU “KPI” received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic in Ukraine H. E. Mr. Jacques Faure. Mr. J.Faure delivered the lecture “Bilateral Cooperation Between France and Ukraine. The Role of France in Relations Ukraine-European Union”.
