Gender Equality Goal 5. Gender equality consists of conducting research on the study of gender equality, implementing a gender equality policy within the university, and committing to the recruitment and promotion of women.
Goal 6 Clean water and sanitation. Access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene is the most basic human need for health and well-being.
Sustainable Development Goal 7. Affordable and Clean Energy represents the university's energy-related research, energy use and policy, and its commitment to promoting energy efficiency in the broader community.
Sustainable Development Goal 8. Decent work and economic growth show the university's economic research, internships, employment and the proportion of students who complete internships.
Sustainable Development Goal 9. Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure shows the university's research in industry and innovation, the number of their patents and spin-off companies, and research revenues to industry.
Sustainable Development Goal 10. Reducing Inequality measures the university’s research into social inequality, policies on discrimination, and commitment to recruiting staff and students from underrepresented groups.
Sustainable Development Goal 11. Resilient Cities and Communities highlights the university's research on sustainability, its role as custodians of arts and heritage, and its internal approaches to sustainability.
