On April, 15 the videoconference between students and teachers of the Faculty of Physical Engineering of NTUU "KPI" and the graduate student of this university who at the same time is the student of Institute of Physics Rene (France, Grenoble) Mariana Verezhak took place.
In April the Ambassador of France in Ukraine Alain Remy met with students, graduates and professors of NTUU "KPI".
On April 21, 2009 NTUU “KPI” received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic in Ukraine H. E. Mr. Jacques Faure. Mr. J.Faure delivered the lecture “Bilateral Cooperation Between France and Ukraine. The Role of France in Relations Ukraine-European Union”.
"Lagrange - the greatest pyramid of Mathematical Sciences" – by these words Napoleon Bonaparte assessed the outstanding scientist and mathematician of XVIII century Joseph Louis Lagrange. He made him a senator, Count of the Empire and Commander of the Legion of Honor.
