In July 2014 FASS best students, selected by indexes rating, in cooperation with the Faculty mechanic, energy and aviation Warsaw University of Technology (Warsaw Polytechnics) were on study industrial practices in Poland. It took place in several cities.
This summer, 20 children of the employees of the University at the age of 10 to 14 years old made the trip to Poland, visited for a week Warsaw, and then a recreation center of Warsaw Polytechnic in the town Gribuv.
September1, at the first in the new academic year meeting of the Academic Council of the University, graduate KPI and one of its sincere friends doctor of economic sciences Janusz Fuchsa (Poland) was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of NTUU "KPI".
23-25 May 2014, a seminar on "Economic cooperation between Poland and Ukraine", organized by the Section of graduates KPI, was held in Szczawno Zdroj (Poland).
Fruitful unity and partnership between NTUU “KPI” and educational institution of Republic of Poland have ancient traditions and rich history. Polish and Ukrainian students and scientists always took part in numerous common projects, exchanging programs and academic mobility etc. The last time this partner relations are changing on the basis of different educational and scientific agreements, that helps operation of Ukrainian – Polish center, which works in KPI.

March 28 the Director of the Polish Academy of Sciences mission in Ukraine Henryk Sobchuk visited NTUU "KPI" . He met with the leadership of the university and took part in the discussion of the prospects for the development of cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian scientists.
On February 11-13, 2014 the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute" was visited by the President of the Polish educational fund "Perspective", co-founder of the Polish-Ukrainian Center at NTUU"KPI" Waldemar Sivinsky.
