The Report of the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee Mykhailo Bezugly on the Results of the Fulfillment of the Collective Employment Agreement of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute during the Period from April 2021 to September 2022
This year, for the first time, the staff conference of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was combined with the annual session of the university academic teaching staff, which marks the beginning of the new academic year.
On April 14, 2022, the working committee on Collective Agreement of National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” implementation control met.
The Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute trade union committee purchased and handed over 24 walkie-talkies to the unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where a university employee serves.
They also handed over 6 fleece jackets to the Kyiv Territory Defense.
The trade union committee of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has set up a fund to provide financial assistance to university staff whose homes have been damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities.
The National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” donated 1 million hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds were transferred to a special account with the National Bank of Ukraine.
On April 22, 2021 the Conference of the Labour collective of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute took place.

On March 19, 2021, the fourth minifootball tournament in memory of Vitalii Molchanov, Chairman of the trade University employees, took place at the Sports Complex of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The annual collective bargaining campaign has started at the university. It is held in order to improve the management system of the university, the regulation of industrial, labour and socio-economic relations to expand the rights and opportunities of employees and students.
