New Year's Eve everybody want to believe in miracles. Almost everyone becomes again a little child and under hasteless strikes of clocks think about the dreams come true.

Dear Kyiv Polytechnics! The year 2023 is coming to an end. This is the year of the 125th anniversary of the university. Kyiv Polytechnics celebrated this significant date with hard work and significant achievements.

Despite the second year of the war, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute did not stop in scientific achievements, opening new opportunities and achieving priorities. This year KPI turned 125.

Talented cadets of the Institute of Special Communications and Information Protection sang a Generous Eve carol "Oh, is there or isn't there?".

The end of December is traditionally considered a period of summing up all previous months of the year. Last year was no exception.

Dear Kyiv polytechnicians! The dramatic, murderous, beyond common sense 2022 year is coming to an end. For the Ukrainian people, this is a year of courage and dignity, a year of approaching the cherished independence and sovereignty.

Despite the nightly shelling, students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute gathered to decorate the Christmas tree in Ploshcha Znan’ (Square of Knowledge) and share the festive spirit today.

One and all were treated to tasty little things, hot tea and non-alcoholic mulled wine.

“Shchedryk” by the outstanding Ukrainian composer, conductor, and teacher Mykola Leontovych is perhaps the most popular Ukrainian song in the world. The Christmas holidays are simply impossible to imagine without this simple (only three notes and four sounds) melody!

Christians celebrate twelve days from Christmas to Epiphany – from star to water. For centuries, caroling and nativity scenes (costumed street performances) have been their most important theatrics.
