The Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has announced the awarding of prizes named after outstanding scientists of Ukraine based on the results of the 2024 competition (Resolution No.33 of February 5, 2025). The competition was held by the departments of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The M.I. Tugan-Baranovsky Prize was awarded to Hennadii Nadolenko, Director of the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine; Viktoriia Zalizniuk, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Head of the Department of the State University of Trade and Economics; Olha Vovk, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the National Technical University of
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, for her paper “Economic Security in Restoring Ukraine's Competitiveness”.
The M.I. Tugan-Baranovsky Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was founded in 1992 and is awarded every two years for outstanding scientific achievements in the field of economics.
