At the end of 2024, the staff of the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Sociology and Law of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” prepared the first issue of the scientific journal “TECHNE” for publication.
At the XIII International Festival of Innovative Projects “Sikorsky Challenge 2024: Innovations for Peace and Security of Ukraine”, the team of the project “Modular Remote Demining System ‘Impactor’ won the Best Startup Solution nomination. The authors of the development are members of the Geotron student research group.
A solar power plant has been launched at the E.O. Paton Educational and Research Institute of Materials Science and Welding. The Institute of IMZ is the second university unit after the Scientific and Technical Library to be equipped with such an alternative source of electricity.

In the meeting room of the NAS Presidium, they were greeted by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Anatoliy Zagorodny, and the President of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Stanislav Dovgy.
