At the Kyiv International Forum on Cybersilience 2026, Serhii Konyushok, Deputy Head of the Institute (for Scientific Work) at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’s Institute of Cyber Security and Information Systems (ISZZI) outlined the key challenges in training personnel for the cybersecurity sector and presented practical approaches used by the Institute.
The first working meeting was held at KPI with Sonya Ishchenko—Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Regional Cooperation of the State of Israel—and representatives of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine.
Several teams from Kyiv Polytechnic University were among the leaders in the All-Ukrainian women's CTF competition SHE DEFENDS: CYBER & OSINT. 🏆 The dcua team from the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physics and Technology (Institute of FTI) of Igor Sikorsky KPI won the DEADFACE CTF 2025 open competition, which was held online by the non-profit organization Cyber Hackticks (San Antonio, TX, USA) on October 25-26, 2025.
On November 3–4, as part of the First International Kyiv Forum on Critical Infrastructure Protection in Ukraine, a hackathon was held, in which our team took an honorable second place.
