April 19, 2013 according to the Program Olympics of NTUU "KPI" were competitions in sport tourism which were attended by 55 students (40 boys, 15 girls) from 13 institutes and university departments. Competitions were held at two distances: personally-command "line of obstacles of the 1st class" and team distance "Cross trekking II class." On a personal distance "line of obstacles of the 1st class" among women with large margin from rivals won the first-year student Victoria Datsenko (ESEMI), the second place got the third year student Marina Ruban (CIDE), the third place got the second year student Maria Pashen'ko ( FCE).
Very hot contest was on the personal distance "line of obstacles of the 1st class" among boys, the I place got the second year student Andrew Mel'nyk (IPP), the second place got the first-year student Andrew Lubich (FPE), the third place got the second-year student Dmitry Melnichenko (FPE). It should be noted that this year the first 20 athletes showed higher results comparably to the last year's results. In the team event at a distance "line of obstacles of the 1st class" places were distributed in such way: First place - CIDE team, second place - FPE, III place - FMM. The competitions were finished by the command distance "Cross campaign." It was interesting to watch the hard working teams at a distance where they demonstrated their knowledge and skills acquired in the classroom and training. The 1st place got FMM, second place - CIDE, III place - FPE. To participating in competitions the students were trained by teachers of the department of tourism V.M. Myhaylenkoand V.A. Kuz'menko.
Also it should be noted that there was high-quality and dedicated work of the team captains Marina Ruban (CIDE), Dmitry Zinchenko (FMM), Andrew Lubich (FPE), Andrei Popov (FASS) Victoria Datsenko (ESEMI) and Mary Pashen'ko (FCE). Competition judge: V.M. Myhaylenko Chief Justice, the Chief Secretary V.A. Kuzmenko. Judges: L.M. Trotsenko, S.M. Bitko, members of the tourist club "Globe». Winners of the competition were awarded with diplomas, medals and mugs.
