🤝 Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is expanding its strategic partnerships with universities in Germany 🇩🇪 and France 🇫🇷.
📃 Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has signed cooperation agreements with the University of Strasbourg (France) and Kehl University of Applied Sciences (Germany).
The partnership opens up new opportunities for:
🔹 academic mobility for students, faculty members, and researchers;
🔹 joint international research projects;
🔹 the development of master’s programmes and joint supervision of doctoral students;
🔹 cooperation between research centres;
🔹 attracting European funding and establishing international consortia.
📌 One of the key initiatives is the proposed establishment of the European Resilience Campus, a trilateral platform bringing together Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, the University of Strasbourg, and Kehl University of Applied Sciences. Its launch is proposed for 2027. The platform will unite the partners’ efforts to address resilience, crisis management at universities, and Ukraine’s recovery.
⚙️ The cooperation will help advance existing initiatives and open up new areas of research. These include work with Kehl University of Applied Sciences within the international TRUST and CAMO projects, as well as collaboration with the University of Strasbourg in promising fields of science and technology.
We thank Professor Emmanuel Müller for initiating this effort and helping strengthen ties between the universities, and the leadership of both institutions for their openness to partnership and support for Ukraine’s academic community.
