University campus

The campus of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is located in Solomenskiy district. The main educational complex adjacent to the old park.

Tymoshenko Stephan Prokopovych monument in front of KPI building № 1 on the right side. A bronze half-figure of the scientist stands on the top of a rectangular parallelepiped pedestal and a three-stage stylobate of polished red granite.

Dmitri Ivanovich Mendeleev monument. Established before the chemical body (№4) in 1995. Sculptors: Kiselev Yu, Shvetsov B .; Architect: B. Sobtsov

Maneuvering tank-locomotive 0-3-0 designed for moving the goods in confined areas, where there is a need for frequent stops and movement on curves with small radius.

Monument is a stele made of monolithic tinted concrete shaped like an improperly oblong pentagon. On the front side of the stele there is a high relief with two sculptures at full height.
