Meeting Olena Mykolayivna Bezvesilna, one wants to say - “how fine and inspired your faces are, KPI!”.

Founder of national scientific school of energy management, holder of chair of electricity supply director of the Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management NTUU "KPI" Dr. of technology Arthur Veniaminovych Prakhovnik.

The song (words and melody) is written by KPI student, the participant of choir Vladimir Dmitrievich Chubynsky. It seems this is not the accident (surprisingly). To create a work that will be a symbol of something great, the person should be an implement of the same period. And Chubynsky was such a person.

In 2009 Mikulonok Igor Olegovych won the honorary title of "teacher-researcher" for the third time. He works at the Department of machinery and apparatus of chemical and petroleum production of engineering and chemical faculty for over 20 years.

A prominent Ukrainian scientist, one of the founders and the 1st dean of the Physico-mathematical Faculty of NTUU “KPI”, member of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences Viktor Grygorovych Bariahtar was born on the 9th of August 1930.

Y.M. Kuznetsov was born June 24, 1940 in the city Kherson in the family of a serviceman. After graduating with a silver medal Kyiv secondary railway school, he entered in 1957 at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Odessa Polytechnic Institute.

Joint Ukrainian-German faculty of mechanical engineering has become increasingly popular in the KPI. Students are perfectly acquire the German language, during the  practice they are working on modern equipment, carry out research projects commissioned by Ukrainian and German industry.
