🇯🇵 🇺🇦 The Ukrainian-Japanese Center at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted the qualifying round of the 2026 Japanese Ambassador’s Cup Open Shogi Tournament—an ancient Japanese intellectual game that combines logic, strategic thinking, and philosophy.

This is one of the events within the framework of the winter festival of Japanese culture Toji, supported by the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine.

From June 9 to 20, 2025, the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky KPI” hosted the first Japanese summer school for children of employees. It was organized by the university's trade union committee and the Ukrainian-Japanese Center of Igor Sikorsky KPI.

🌺 The Ukrainian-Japanese Center of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute opened an author's exhibition of works “In love with oshibana” - the ancient art of samurai who found peace in unity with nature between battles, collecting flowers and creating elegant compositions.
