Meeting

On September 14, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was visited by the representative delegation of the Dongguan city of Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China

On May 20, a solemn meeting was held at the Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management, dedicated to the 120th Anniversary of the Kyiv Polytechnic. It was devoted to the glorious history of the IESPM, its famous graduates, and the memory of people who have worked recently with us.

On May, 31 the KPI was visited by a well-known Chinese businessman and philanthropist, chairman of the board of Tiens Corporation and founder of the Tianyuan University Li Jinhuan.

A famous British-American researcher, writer and journalist, author of popular works on the history of the former USSR and Eastern Europe, and problems of civil society and communism, Professor of the Institute of Global Affairs of the London School of Economics (UK) Ann Applebaum met with students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on May 30.

On May 29 Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was visited by a delegation of parliamentarians from the Republic of Macedonia headed by the chairman of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia parliamentary group on inter-parliamentary relations with Ukraine Jovan Mitreschi.

On April 25 H. I. Denysenko Scientific and Technical Library held the third meeting within the cycle of historical studies "Think about it", which is devoted to the 120th anniversary of our university. This time it was a question of public transport of Kyiv in XIX - early XX century.

       Igor Bieda - Managing Director of GlobalLogic Ukraine, and Tetyana Khriapina - Head of Training Department visited KPI on 22 May.

On May, 17 Igor Sikorsky KPI was visited by the president of Canadore College and the Invest North Bay Development Corporation, a member of the Supervisory Board of North Bay Airport George Burton (Canada, Ontario).

The main issues, discussed during the visit of the Korean delegation of Chonbuk National University (Chonbuk National University, or abbreviated CBNU) to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on May 2d were the ones connected with the establishment of the cooperation between both universities in educational and scientific spheres as well as creation of a joint innovation platform on the basis of the Science Park "Kyivska Politechnica".

April, 20 in the Igor Sikorsky KPI began activities within the framework of the meeting of the former DAAD scholarship holders (German Academic Exchange Service).
