🇺🇸 A delegation from the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, led by Jonas Stewart, Advisor for Press, Education, and Culture in the Public Diplomacy Division, participated in the grand opening. The event marked another chapter in the over 30-year history of KPI’s cooperation with American institutions.
The exhibition at the Polytechnic Museum highlights key milestones in the Ukrainian-American partnership:
📌 visits by government officials, including U.S. Secretaries of State;
📌 joint educational and scientific projects and laboratories;
📌 collaboration with technology companies such as Boeing and Amazon Web Services;
📌 meetings with NASA astronauts and distinguished scientists—honorary doctors of KPI.
🤝 During the meeting, they discussed expanding academic exchanges, establishing new research centers, and modernizing laboratories.
🔹 American diplomats also visited the Aviation and Astronautics Department’s exhibition, spoke with students, and praised the resilience of Polytechnic students who are advancing science despite today’s challenges.
