At the beginning of summer, the village of Koblevo, Mykolaiv region, held the traditional IX Summer All-Ukrainian Games of Veteran Volleyball. The tournament was dedicated to the memory of Mykhailo Baka.

A Ukrainian-Polish Futsal tournament "KNUCA Rector Cup" was recently held in the hall of Igor Sikorsky KPI Sports Complex.

The rugby-players of our club "Polytechnic" are graduating students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, champions of Ukraine, champions of Soviet Union among students.

It was organized by the Federation of Kendo of Ukraine, the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine, and the Ukrainian-Japanese Center of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

From 17th September to 1st October students union committee of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute conducted Sport`s event for freshmen. Sportsmen competed in streetball, volleyball, chess and bowling.

It is pleasant to watch a basketball play, especially when it is a woman’s play. Thus, at the beginning of September the administrative and teaching staff and representatives of the students decided to hold a streetball competition among women’s teams of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
