The achievements of Ukrainian scientists have repeatedly outpaced the achievements of scientists from neighbouring countries and beyond. Unfortunately, national priorities are not always known to the world scientific community.

On April 19, the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Library starts to serve readers in person in a limited mode: every Tuesday and Friday from 11:00 to 16:00 it will be possible to exchange books, execute a termination checklist, etc.

Ancient Chernihiv became one of the symbols of national resistance. Every day they withstands more and more waves of shelling and bombing but do not give up. A huge number of houses has already been destroyed, people die every day.

In the project “What Should I Read Next?” Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute students will talk about books that have affected their consciousness.

Rotary e-Club Ukraine and RC Kyiv-City donated valuable books to G.I.Denysenko Scientific and Technical Library of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

The history of the library of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute dates back more than a century. Many unique rarities have been preserved here. A fund of rare and valuable documents has been formed for ten years. One of the fund's collections is especially valuable.

According to the decision of the Academic Council of the National Technical University of Ukraine Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute from 29.06.2021, the winners of the competition for the best textbooks, manuals and monographs in 2021 were announced. 

Ania Morozova, an Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute graduate, and a hitchhiker, has traveled around the world and visited 70 countries. Besides, she is also a journalist and a TEDx speaker. She gave lectures and pieces of training motivating Ukrainians to travel.

In May 2021, the “QS Global Education News” (QS GEN) magazine, the compiler of university rankings “Quacquarelli Symonds”, published a new article about Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

The library of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was replenished not only by purchasing books and periodicals, but also by gifts. One of such gifts is books from Professor I.I. Rachmaninoff's own library.
