On March 14, 2013 Professor Leonids Ribickis, Rector of Riga Technical University (RTU), Academician of Latvian Academy of Sciences, visited NTUU "KPI". He got acquainted with historic campus of KPI, Scientific and Technical Library, Culture and Arts Center as well as Art Gallery of the University, exhibition of the State Polytechnic Museum at NTUU "KPI" and monuments of outstanding scientists and designers, who got study and worked in KPI.

On February 7, 2013 in Dnepropetrovsk at the state engineering department “Pivdenne” a meeting of leading scientists of “Pivdenne” and other different Ukrainian higher educational institutions and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine was held.

A joint conference "Siemens Ukraine" and the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automation was held in NTUU”KPI” at January 10.

The acquisition practical skills for students are an important step in the learning process.

On October 22 -25 NTUU “KPI” had being visited by Prof. Fluminense Federal University Mr. Marcio Zamboti Fortes.

On February 10, 2012 in the hall of the Administrative Council of our University was held a joint roundtable meeting of the Ukrainian Scientific-Technological Center (USTC) and NTUU "KPI", dedicated to the beginning of a new USTC program of the U.S.

May 26, 2011 at the Department of Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Institute was opened Educational and Training Centre "KPI" - HAAS.

Annually in April since 2000 in Slavske is held international Scientific Conference "Instrumentation engineering" established by the Department of Instrument Design of NTUU "KPI" under the guidance of the Dean of the Department of Instrument Design, renowned scientist in the field of instrume

On November the 12th 2009 Mr Maurice Le Van Suu RMEI (Rеseau Mеditerranеen des еcoles d’Ingеnieurs) vice-president visited NTUU “KPI”. He held a meeting with university management.
